Mr. Emmanuel Kumadey is a lawyer (Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana) with Kuenyehia & Nutsukpui, a top law firm in Accra. Mr. Kumadey has an extensive legal career and is a member of the team of lawyers consulting for and providing legal services to a range of companies in Ghana, including but not limited to Top Kings Limited, a private high-end property developer in Accra, Allied Oil Company Limited, one of Ghana’s fast rising oil marketing companies, and Frandesco West Africa Limited, a major road construction company. Mr. Kumadey is adept at preparing and drafting legal documents, including wills, deeds, mortgages, leases, contracts among others. Mr. Kumadey received his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana and his Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law, Makola – Accra. He also has a Diploma in Communication Studies from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, a Bachelor of Arts degree (First Class) in Political Science with Philosophy from the University of Ghana, and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Affairs from the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy (LECIAD) at the University of Ghana. During his time studying at the University of Ghana, Mr. Kumadey served as the Acting Vice-President of the University of Ghana Students’ Representative Council (2004), and was President of the Junior Common Room (2003-2004) of Legon Hall, where he received the Academic Excellence Award in his third and final years of study.
